Will my log in details/ information change on the new platform?
You will be asked to create a new password during registration; however, your user ID (email) will remain the same.
If you are unsure what email Convera has on file:
- Locate your email address in EDGE by navigating to Manage Profile > Email Address.
Or
- On upgrade day, reference the email ID under “User Details” presented via a “Convera platform activation” pop-up window in EDGE.
