Yes, your login details/information will be different on the new Convera payment platform.
Previously, you were able to enter your company ID and user ID to log into GlobalPay. Now, you will use only the email address Convera has on file.
If you are unsure what email Convera has on file:
- Locate your email address in GlobalPay by navigating to User Management > Email Address.
Or
- On upgrade day, reference the email ID under “User Details” presented via a “Convera platform activation” pop-up window in GlobalPay.
During registration, you will also be asked to create a new password. You will use this password to log into the new platform.
