If you have submitted support requests through EDGE, all active and inactive cases from the last seven years have been carried over to the new platform.
No, you will not lose functionality when automatically upgraded to the new Convera payment platform.

Once you have logged into EDGE, navigate to Manage Profile>General>Email Address.
You will be asked to create a new password during registration; however, your user ID (email) will remain the same.
If you are unsure what email Convera has on file:
Locate your email address in EDGE by navigating to Manage Profile > Email Address.

On upgrade day, reference the email ID under “User Details” presented via a “Convera platform activation” pop-up window in EDGE.
