Please note that the price promise guarantee is eligible only for bank or wire transfers made directly to Convera and therefore excludes payments made to third parties such as ICICI Bank, Geoswift, UnionPay, WeChat Pay, Alipay, ChinaPay, Hana Bank, Klarna, Trustly, Poli, Visa, and Mastercard.

The offer is only available for international bank or wire transfers. So, for example, a student in the US sends a US dollar bank or wire transfer payment to their UK university. It does not apply where the student is making a payment in the same currency as their institution; for example, it would not apply if the US student was paying their UK institution in British pounds (GBP).
