Please note that the price promise guarantee is eligible only for bank or wire transfers made directly to Convera and therefore excludes payments made to third parties such as ICICI Bank, Geoswift, UnionPay, WeChat Pay, Alipay, ChinaPay, Hana Bank, Klarna, Trustly, Poli, Visa, and Mastercard.

The offer is only available for international bank or wire transfers. So, for example, a student in the US sends a US dollar bank or wire transfer payment to their UK university. It does not apply where the student is making a payment in the same currency as their institution; for example, it would not apply if the US student was paying their UK institution in British pounds (GBP).

This offer is only open for bank or wire transfer quotes where the payment has not yet been initiated.

This offer only applies to bank or wire transfer quotes received on Convera GlobalPay for Students where payment has not already been sent to us.

Eligibility criteria include the following:

• The payment is for a local currency bank transfer on the Convera GlobalPay for Students platform. The promotion is not open to payments made by credit or debit card, wallet, e-banking, third party bank transfers, or any alternative payment method.
• The claim is for a payment that is still to be made, not a payment that has been completed, or if you have already instructed your bank to send funds to Convera.
• The price received from your bank must be secured on the same business day as the quote received on GlobalPay for Students. You must also submit your claim on the same business day as you received your quote on GlobalPay for Students.
• The price offered by your bank must be for the same currency pair as quoted on GlobalPay for Students. For example, Indian rupees to converted for payment to British pounds.
• Your quote must be from a bank, not a money broker or foreign currency trading platform or another provider.

If you are quoted a lower total price from your bank to transfer your payment to your institution, we will match that price (subject to terms and conditions).

You can make a claim by filling out our Inquiry Intake form and selecting ‘price promise’.  If you are eligible for the offer, you will receive a follow up email, inviting you to submit supporting evidence showing the total cost you have been quoted by your bank. Your claim will be reviewed by our team and if you meet the eligibility criteria, they will contact you to provide instructions on paying the lower amount to us.
