SFDR Statement
Convera Europe Financial qualifies as a financial adviser within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019 on sustainability‐related disclosures in the financial services sector (“SFDR”). However, Convera Europe Financial does not qualify as a market participant within the meaning of SFDR as it neither issues, sells nor provides advice with regards to financial products within the meaning of SFDR.
Therefore, SFDR rules applicable to financial market participants do not apply to Convera Europe Financial at the moment.
Convera Europe Financial will however be subject to ESG provisions applicable to investment firms under the MiFID II framework.

Pursuant to the requirements of Regulation (EU) No 1286/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on key information documents for packaged retail and insurance-based investment products, Convera Europe Financial has prepared a standardised short form disclosure document (a “Key Information Document” or “KID”) for certain of its foreign exchange products. The KID illustrates the type of product and its characteristics, the hedging purposes, the advantages and disadvantages, the risks as well as the potential costs of buying and selling before the expiry and possible revenues in different market scenarios.
