Patrick Gauthier
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Patrick is a long-time fintech specialist with senior leadership roles at Amazon, PayPal, and Visa, as well as early- and mid-stage payments and e-commerce startups. He holds several patents related to payment systems and is a recognized thought leader on the future of commerce and payments. Patrick holds a master’s degree in computer science from Telecom SudParis.
Meaghan Riley
CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER
Meaghan is a global technology executive with expertise in large-scale transformation and market expansion for companies across the SaaS and AI sectors. Before joining Convera, she was Chief Operating Officer for Google Cloud North America, leading a major go-to-market transformation. Meaghan has also held senior leadership roles at Docusign and SAP, and holds a BS in communications and business administration from the University of Tennessee.
Michael Bourque
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Michael brings over 24 years of experience building and leading global teams across private and public companies, including serving as CFO of an NYSE-listed company. His background spans mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, large-scale restructuring, and IPO preparation across tech, manufacturing, and financial services. Michael holds an undergraduate degree from the College of the Holy Cross and an MBA from Wharton.
Dharmesh Syal
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Dharmesh has over 30 years of experience heading up global product and engineering teams to build digital platform-based businesses. An experienced CTO, he has managed large technology platform and ecosystem-based product portfolios that use continuous user research and product/market fit processes in highly regulated industries. He joins Convera from BCG Digital Ventures where he was CTO and Managing Director.
Brendan Clegg
GENERAL COUNSEL AND CHIEF ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
Brendan has more than 22 years of commercial legal experience spanning payments, derivatives, remittance, and information technology. He previously served as Head of Business Legal Affairs, Asia Pacific and Middle East, at Western Union and has held senior legal roles at Mastercard, Travelex, Euronet, and MoneyGram. Brendan holds degrees in law and commerce from Victoria University of Wellington and is admitted to practice in Australia and New Zealand.
Heather Rosenberg
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, PEOPLE
Heather brings more than 25 years of experience leading global HR functions in fintech and financial services, with senior roles at PayPal, Capital One, and Iron Mountain. She has supported organizations of up to 20,000 employees and led large-scale organizational design initiatives, including PayPal’s evolution of work and workplace models. Heather holds an undergraduate degree from Syracuse University and a master’s degree in human resources from the University of Maryland.
Trevor Watson
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Trevor brings over 15 years of experience building and scaling operations for technology-led, regulated fintechs across the UK, Europe, and global markets. Before joining Convera, he served as CEO of Aspire’s UK business and held senior operational roles at Wise, Revolut, and Prodigy Finance. Trevor holds a degree in chemical engineering and an MBA.
