Qualified international student recruitment agents can partner with Convera via our agent management partner, Ascent One. If your education agency supports the international student journey to Australia, New Zealand, the USA, Canada, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, the UK, and Europe, and you have direct agreements with education providers in those countries, or work with master agencies, get in touch to request an agent agreement.
Agent and customer support are provided by both Convera and our agent management partner Ascent One. Agents and students can track payments and refunds on Convera’s GlobalPay for Students platform, with access to multiple support channels, including live chat. Training and onboarding for the agent platform is provided by Ascent One.
Convera currently has more than 900 education provider clients around the world. Due to strict compliance and regulatory requirements, Convera can only send a tuition payment to an education provider who is a Convera client. If you send students to an education provider who is not currently a Convera client, please reach out to your provider and request that they speak with a Convera representative to find out how they can become a Convera client.

Depending on the payment method chosen, the time it takes for a student’s payment to reach their institution may vary:
Bank transfer: Payment will be delivered to the institution within four business days of the student completing their offline transfer.
Credit card: Payment will be delivered to the institution within three to four business days.
Online bank transfer: Payment will typically be delivered to the institution within three to four business days.
Note: The estimated payment processing timelines mentioned are approximate and may vary based on factors including but not limited to bank holidays, weekends, intermediary banks, time zone differences, banking procedures, currency conversion, and local regulations in the sender and recipient’s country. While Convera strives to process payments within the given time frame, delays may occur, and actual timelines can differ. Your payment may take longer to reach the institution if we need to review your payment or documentation or collect additional information. If anything is required from you, Convera will contact you directly.
Students can lock in rates for 72 hours, with no hidden fees, so they know how much they’re paying. If the 72-hour price lock expires before the student completes their payment, they can generate a new quote. The quote automatically expires after 72 hours when no action is taken and the student is not under an obligation to complete it.
